Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Professional Coach (Leadership Development & 360 Assessments).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions for program participants and facilitate ongoing engagements
• Review and interpret results from EQ360 and CliftonStrengths assessments to provide developmental insights
• Guide participants in creating personalized leadership development plans and establish measurable goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active professional coaching certification, such as ICF (ACC, PCC, or MCC) preferred
• Demonstrated experience providing executive or leadership coaching
• Experience working with 360-degree assessments and feedback tools
• Strong understanding of emotional intelligence frameworks and strength-based coaching methodologies
• Ability to work with senior professionals in a federal or regulated environment
