Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly counseling to members via text, video calls, and phone calls to support their recovery journey
• Conduct initial assessments and monitor member progress, offering therapeutic strategies to manage cravings
• Collaborate with other departments and attend team meetings to enhance member experience and provide feedback

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPC license in Arizona, Ohio, and/or Minnesota
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of clinical experience in CBT and/or behavioral support for substance use disorders
• Comfortable working in an AI-augmented care environment
• Proficient with Motivational Interviewing, MAT coordination, and Relapse Prevention
