Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide support and guidance for individuals overcoming substance addictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly counseling through text, video, and phone to monitor member progress
• Onboard users with initial assessments to gather behavioral health history
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance member experience and provide feedback

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPC license in New Jersey, Washington State, or Florida
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of clinical experience in CBT and/or behavioral support for substance use disorders
• Comfort with AI-augmented care environments and tools
• Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing, MAT coordination, and Relapse Prevention
