Job Summary

Seeking licensed attorneys in good standing, the part-time Licensed Project Attorney will conduct remote document reviews, utilizing analytical skills to assess legal documents and collaborate with legal professionals while maintaining client confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents to identify crucial information relevant to ongoing legal matters
• Utilize legal knowledge to ensure accuracy and compliance with established protocols and guidelines
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support teams to achieve project objectives

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Active and in good standing with the Bar Association in your relevant jurisdiction
• Home computer with broadband internet connection
• Understanding of legal concepts, terminology, and procedures
• Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms and document review software
