Licensed Project Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking licensed attorneys in good standing, the part-time Project Attorney will conduct remote document reviews, utilizing legal knowledge to assess relevance and compliance while collaborating with legal teams and managing documents efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents to identify crucial information relevant to ongoing legal matters
• Utilize analytical skills to ensure accuracy and compliance with established protocols and guidelines
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to achieve project objectives and manage reviewed documents effectively

Required qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Active and in good standing with the Bar Association in your relevant jurisdiction
• Home computer with broadband internet connection
• Understanding of legal concepts, terminology, and procedures
• Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms and document review software
