Job Summary

Managing the full lifecycle of Homeowners claims, the fully remote Virtual Property Adjuster will investigate loss facts, determine coverage and damages, and negotiate claims while providing clear communication to customers throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies increased experience in the Adjuster II level or a rotation into a specialty position
• Partners with assigned representatives for claims involving fraud or subrogation to achieve optimal outcomes
• Recognizes key components of residential construction and repair, including structural integrity and home systems

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Xactimate
• Strong foundation in claims handling, including supplements and full claim ownership
• Experience handling property claims
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills and proactive approach
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
