Licensed Property and Casualty Agent

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Licensed Property & Casualty Agent will manage escalated customer inquiries, provide product consultations, and resolve issues while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer incoming communications from customers and conduct research to resolve their issues
• Provide consultations on products with compassion and integrity
• Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed

Required qualifications:

• Active Property and Casualty License
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Proficient in product or service knowledge and maintaining customer privacy
• Computer experience with high-speed internet (>25 mbps)
• Access to a smartphone or device running iOS or Android for daily log-in
