Job Summary

Working from home on a full-time basis, a Licensed Property and Casualty Agent will manage a high volume of incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and educate clients on products and services while meeting performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Professionally handle incoming calls related to accounts, claims, and general questions
• Gather customer information efficiently and resolve issues through one-call resolution guidelines
• Continuously evaluate processes to identify improvements that enhance client and customer experiences

Required qualifications

• Must hold a property and casualty license in the state of residence
• Two years of customer service or call center experience
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Dedicated workspace at home with a wired internet connection meeting specified speed requirements
• Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, and possible holidays
