Contract Overview:
Handle inbound/outbound call campaigns, offering the required assistance and information.
Devise and implement effective sales strategies to generate and qualify leads.
Address inquiries, provide product information, and articulate value propositions to potential customers.
Aid prospective policyholders in accurately completing enrollment applications.
Conduct research to promptly address queries and resolve issues.
Identify sales opportunities based on customers' life events.
Consistently surpass sales quotas and activity targets.
Adhere to privacy protocols and uphold integrity.
Apply product knowledge to offer effective solutions.
Efficiently utilize computer systems and the internet.

Requirements:
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Current AHIP certification (if applicable to P&C insurance)
Active E&O Insurance
High school diploma or equivalent
Strict adherence to privacy guidelines
Eagerness to grow and excel
Enthusiasm for building relationships and rapport over the phone
Strong problem-solving mindset with solution-oriented skills.
Personal computer, headset with a microphone, and reliable wired internet connection (details below)
Proficiency in computer usage, including multitasking with multiple screens
Typing speed of 40 WPM

Important Information:

Earnings & Compensation:
Contract earnings vary based on the client, with competitive rates often starting at $20 per hour
Pay is determined by your call status during customer interactions
Additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics

Technology & Equipment Requirements:
Quiet and secure workspace during work hours
Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks not allowed)
Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
High-speed wired internet with minimum 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app

Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and Omni Interactions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. Omni Interactions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Omni Interactions. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Omni Interactions hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
