Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Insurance Agent - Property & Casualty.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with members to assist with quotes, new policies, billing inquiries, and policy changes
• Build rapport with members by understanding their needs and providing accurate solutions
• Process insurance transactions while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college degree preferred
• At least 6 months of customer service experience required; contact center experience is a plus
• Must have an Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license
• Typing speed of 20 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Solid understanding of insurance compliance and regulatory standards
