• Sell insurance and manage inbound quote requests while providing exceptional customer service
• Make a minimum of 50 outbound customer contacts daily to achieve sales goals
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and team members to enhance sales culture

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales with a valid Property & Casualty license
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
• Strong basic computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Office
• History of achieving sales goals and consistent results
