Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Licensed Property & Casualty Representative will independently manage customer insurance requests, process policy changes, and ensure accurate documentation within Salesforce while delivering high-quality service to clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve customer insurance requests via Salesforce, phone calls, and internal workflows
  • Service property policies including coverage changes, renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries
  • Maintain strong documentation and data accuracy while identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process improvements
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with homeowners/property experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing service role
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required before starting)
  • Experience servicing HO3, DP3, or landlord policies is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous
