Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Claims Adjuster II to manage property claims and support the claims team.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and document property claims, including policy review and negotiating settlements
• Communicate claim updates and decisions to relevant parties
• Support catastrophe response and assist less experienced staff as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of property claims experience
• Estimating skills
• Adjuster licensed in home state or holds a non-resident license if required
• Strong organizational abilities
• Experience in catastrophe-focused environments is preferred
