Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Claims Desk Adjuster to manage a caseload of property claims with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of moderate to high complexity property claims
• Conduct thorough investigations, determine coverage, evaluate damages, and assess liability
• Negotiate settlements while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring accurate file documentation

Required Qualifications

• At least four years of property claims handling experience
• Proficiency with computers and modern claims technology
• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field is preferred
• Industry designations such as AINS or AIC are a plus
• Must be licensed in required jurisdictions or able to obtain licensure
