Job Summary

Handling moderate severity losses, the remote Property Claims Adjuster II will investigate and document property claims, communicate updates, and ensure compliance with regulations while providing support to less experienced staff.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and document property claims, including policy review and negotiating settlements
• Communicate claim updates and decisions to customers and stakeholders both verbally and in writing
• Support catastrophe response efforts as needed, including potential overtime and deployment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of property claims experience
• Adjuster licensed in home state or holds a non-resident license as required
• Estimating skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Empathetic interpersonal skills
