Licensed Property Claims Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Property Advocate, Contents.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and build rapport with customers, providing service throughout the claims process
• Evaluate and investigate facts of loss for timely claims settlement
• Organize and prioritize tasks to resolve claim-related questions and explain coverage decisions clearly

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of property claim handling experience, including complex Contents and Loss of Use claims
• Experience in a fast-paced desk management environment
• Familiarity with estimating software, such as Xactanalysis or Xactware products, is preferred
• College degree required
• Active adjuster's license preferred; assistance provided to obtain within first 3 months if needed
