Job Summary
Managing medium to large complex claims, the full-time Licensed Property Claims Advocate will provide policy interpretation, collaborate with legal counsel, and ensure effective communication among clients, brokers, and adjusters in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee claims status and prompt necessary actions from involved parties
- Prepare coverage arguments and analyze loss valuations for client advocacy
- Develop training materials and deliver claims training to clients and service teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Eight (8) or more years of related work experience in brokerage or carrier roles
- Possession of CPCU, AIC, and/or ARM preferred
- Valid Fire and Casualty Broker-Agent license
- In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance coverage and risk management concepts
