Licensed Property Claims Advocate

Job Summary

Managing medium to large complex claims, the full-time Licensed Property Claims Advocate will provide policy interpretation, collaborate with legal counsel, and ensure effective communication among clients, brokers, and adjusters in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee claims status and prompt necessary actions from involved parties
• Prepare coverage arguments and analyze loss valuations for client advocacy
• Develop training materials and deliver claims training to clients and service teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Eight (8) or more years of related work experience in brokerage or carrier roles
• Possession of CPCU, AIC, and/or ARM preferred
• Valid Fire and Casualty Broker-Agent license
• In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance coverage and risk management concepts
