Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Claims Director who will oversee the national field-adjusting operation for residential and commercial property claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a national field claims organization handling Residential and Commercial Property claims
• Develop and execute casualty field-claims strategies aligned with corporate goals and customer experience initiatives
• Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations and maintain operational standards across all regions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor or advanced degree preferred
• Active adjuster license with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
• 7+ years of progressive property claims experience, including third party and Commercial property
• Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing large, geographically dispersed field claims teams
• Strong technical expertise in liability evaluation and complex claims management
