Job Summary
Overseeing the national field-adjusting operation for residential and commercial property claims, the full-time Licensed Property Claims Director will provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and technical leadership while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a national field claims organization for residential and commercial property claims
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain best practices for claims handling across jurisdictions
- Develop and mentor regional claims leaders while driving talent development and performance management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor or advanced degree preferred
- Active adjuster license with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
- 7+ years of progressive property claims experience, including third-party and commercial property
- Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing large, geographically dispersed field claims teams
- Strong technical expertise in liability evaluation, complex claims, and litigation management
