Licensed Property Condition Assessor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Condition Assessor Vice President.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to achieve goals and address concerns
• Review and audit reports for accuracy and compliance before client delivery
• Provide guidance to project staff and manage portfolios including bidding and cost management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certification as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is required
• Experience with Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac is required
• General understanding of all building systems
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
