Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II to manage property insurance requests and provide high-quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer insurance requests via Salesforce cases, phone calls, and internal workflows
- Service property policies including coverage changes, renewals, endorsements, and billing questions
- Deliver high-quality customer experiences and maintain strong documentation and data accuracy within Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with homeowners/property experience
- 2+ years in a customer-facing service role
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required before starting)
- Experience servicing HO3, DP3, or landlord policies is a plus
- Strong understanding of endorsements and coverage structure is preferred
