Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II to manage property insurance requests and provide high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer insurance requests via Salesforce cases, phone calls, and internal workflows
  • Service property policies including coverage changes, renewals, endorsements, and billing questions
  • Deliver high-quality customer experiences and maintain strong documentation and data accuracy within Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with homeowners/property experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing service role
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required before starting)
  • Experience servicing HO3, DP3, or landlord policies is a plus
  • Strong understanding of endorsements and coverage structure is preferred
