Licensed Provider Network Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider and Programs Network Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Non-Medical Counseling Provider Network and manage Provider Network Supervisors
• Monitor and optimize non-medical counseling quality metrics, performance measures, and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Handle escalated cases and provider complaints, facilitating communication with subcontractors and program management

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited program
• Current valid unrestricted counseling license/certification from a relevant authority
• Minimum of 5 years of management or supervisory experience in a similar program
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of call center operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and electronic documentation systems
