Licensed Psychiatrist

Job Summary

Providing direct psychiatric care to clients, the PRN Licensed Psychiatrist will engage in evaluations, prescribe medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ensure the medical safety of clients
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and provide treatment authorizations
• Develop protocols and participate in clinical staff meetings to enhance program delivery

Required qualifications

• Must possess a valid and unrestricted medical license in all states served by Within Health
• Completion of an accredited residency training program in psychiatry resulting in Board eligibility
• Knowledge of mental health treatment principles and applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to provide clinical supervision and maintain collaborative relationships
• Superior interpersonal skills and strong judgment capabilities
