Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatrist - AI Trainer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs related to psychiatric practices and provide structured feedback
• Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect psychiatric tasks and language
• Participate in asynchronous work independently, with flexible hours averaging 5-20 hours per week

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 4 years of professional experience in psychiatry or related fields
• Experience administering psychotherapeutic treatments and medications
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design care plans
• Experience conducting diagnostic tests and providing expert testimony on mental health evaluations
• Willingness to engage in asynchronous work with AI labs
