Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatrist, Clinical Lead, New Venture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of evidence-based clinical workflows
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to interdisciplinary care teams
• Oversee clinical quality metrics and performance improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• MD/DO degree with board certification in Psychiatry; dual certification preferred
• Active clinical licensure in one or more states where the company operates
• 5+ years of experience in behavioral health or population health management
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a clinical program
• Experience with managed care organizations and value-based care models
