Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deputy Chief Medical Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the evolution of core clinical programs and develop new care programs
• Lead execution and quality improvement of medication management and other programs
• Serve as a clinical representative with external stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Board-certified psychiatrist (MD/DO) with 15+ years of clinical care experience
• 10+ years of leadership experience in mental health care
• Proven cross-functional leadership at VP or senior level in a high-growth organization
• Strong ability to manage and influence senior leaders internally and externally
• Hands-on leader with a strong clinical grounding and ability to balance clinical rigor with pragmatism
