Licensed Psychologist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Licensed Psychologist will provide psychological counseling via phone and chat, conduct crisis intervention after traumatic events, and offer guidance to management on various leadership challenges, all while working remotely for an initial six-month term with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities

• Provide psychological counseling to employees on various personal and professional issues
• Conduct crisis intervention calls following traumatic events
• Advise leadership on managing psychologically distressed employees and workplace challenges

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology
• Experience in psychological counseling, preferably solution-focused
• Native-level proficiency in German and strong verbal and written skills in English; French is a plus
• Proficiency with digital communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce)
