Job Summary

Offering total schedule control and clinical autonomy, the fully licensed Psychotherapist will provide high-quality teletherapy as a 1099 independent contractor, working remotely with a diverse caseload while managing their own calendar and client volume.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based individual and/or group therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including SOAP notes and treatment plans

Required qualifications

• Must hold a valid, unrestricted license as a Psychotherapist
• Experience with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or EMDR
• Comfortable navigating EHR systems and video conferencing tools
• Ability to conduct sessions in a private, quiet, and professional space
• Self-motivated to manage caseload and administrative requirements independently
