Job Summary
As a full-time remote Licensed Quality Improvement Lead, the successful candidate will support the Clinical Quality Department by ensuring high-quality, safe, and compliant care through data analysis, performance improvement activities, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Behavioral Health Performance Improvement activities and conduct Root Cause Analysis to enhance care quality and safety
- Manage continuous survey readiness for external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Conduct chart audits and develop dashboards to track key metrics for clinical quality and performance evaluation
Required qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree from a behavioral health clinical track (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LPC, MSW, LMFT, LPC, Ph.D, Psy.D.)
- Current unrestricted license to practice within the United States
- 3+ years of experience in behavioral health, quality improvement, or compliance, including chart audits and regulatory surveys
- Strong understanding of Behavioral Health clinical workflows and documentation requirements
- Knowledge of performance improvement methodologies (PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma) and data analysis skills
