Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to support the origination and closing of real estate assets in the United States
• Manage a pipeline of deals and facilitate communication between pricing, origination, legal, and management teams
• Negotiate and draft documents for commercial real estate transactions and conduct due diligence activities

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney, preferably at a mid to large-sized law firm
• Experience with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus
• Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship
• Fluent with technology and remote work
