Job Summary
To support a growing law firm, the full-time Licensed Real Estate Attorney will draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases while managing multiple transactions and advising clients on lease structures and risks.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, amendments, renewals, and related agreements
- Advise clients on lease structure, business terms, and risks associated with real estate leasing transactions
- Represent landlords, tenants, developers, and institutional clients across various asset types while managing transactions from initial draft through execution
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial real estate leasing experience
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience managing leasing deals end-to-end and working directly with clients
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workflow
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission
