Licensed Real Estate Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing law firm, the full-time Licensed Real Estate Attorney will draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases while managing multiple transactions and advising clients on lease structures and risks.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, amendments, renewals, and related agreements
• Advise clients on lease structure, business terms, and risks associated with real estate leasing transactions
• Represent landlords, tenants, developers, and institutional clients across various asset types while managing transactions from initial draft through execution

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial real estate leasing experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience managing leasing deals end-to-end and working directly with clients
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workflow
• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission
