Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to assist in strategic real estate acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a go-to-market plan for strategic real estate acquisition, including market opportunity and financial projections
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate owners to establish a pipeline of potential transactions
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in business development or technical support in the telecommunications industry
• General understanding of Wireless Network Design and Architecture
• Highly specialized knowledge in RF engineering for wireless infrastructure
• Licensed Real Estate Agent Broker's License preferred
