Licensed Real Estate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Counsel to support large-scale data center and infrastructure development projects across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a high volume of real estate agreements
• Provide strategic legal guidance on easements, escrow agreements, licenses, and related documents
• Advise internal stakeholders on land transactions and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience practicing real estate and property law
• Experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or equivalent environment
• Strong background in commercial real estate transactions and land use agreements
• Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. state
• Juris Doctor (JD) required
