Key Responsibilities

• Own hiring outcomes by sourcing and closing high-priority roles
• Strengthen recruiting operations through tracking hiring metrics and maintaining ATS hygiene
• Align hiring strategies with clinical capacity and growth plans

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in behavioral health or healthcare roles
• Experience recruiting corporate roles in growth-stage organizations
• Strong data fluency and ability to use recruiting metrics for decision-making
• Experience with ATS candidate management and reporting, preferably Greenhouse
• Proven ability to operate independently and with executive visibility
