Licensed Recruiting Sourcer

Job Summary

To support a growing network of clinicians, the contract Recruiting Sourcer will actively build candidate pipelines and engage top-tier talent for school-based positions, working remotely for 40 hours per week over a 6-week duration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal recruiters to define ideal candidate profiles for clinical positions
• Leverage various sourcing platforms to proactively identify and engage top talent
• Build and nurture pipelines of both active and passive candidates while tracking progress in the ATS

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience sourcing licensed healthcare or education professionals, preferably school-based clinicians
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume
• Familiarity with licensure, credentials, and school staffing is strongly preferred
• Highly organized and self-directed in a fast-moving remote environment
