Dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors, the full-time Licensed Regional Executive Director will oversee the management and leadership of Assisted Living communities, ensuring targeted occupancy goals are met while supervising staff and exceeding customer expectations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall operations and leadership of Assisted Living communities to achieve occupancy goals
• Supervise and develop all employees, fostering a positive work environment
• Ensure services provided exceed customer needs and expectations through effective oversight of daily activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in an Assisted Living setting
• Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Professional image and high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism
