Licensed Regional Nursing Director

Job Summary

Providing clinical and administrative leadership, the full-time Licensed Regional Nursing Director will oversee nurse managers and supervisors to ensure compliance with nursing practice policies and procedures at residential sites while collaborating with medical staff and executive leadership to enhance patient care quality.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CNO and nursing leadership to implement evidence-based patient care practices
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safe patient care delivery
• Facilitate national nursing leadership forums to promote collaboration and best practices across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school; Master's preferred
• Licensed and registered to practice nursing, with the ability to obtain licensure in all states served
• Five or more years of progressive nursing leadership experience in a behavioral health setting preferred
• Demonstrated leadership abilities that foster collaboration and professionalism
• Ability to manage emergency situations effectively as part of a team
