Job Summary

Licensed Regional Sales Manager is a full-time position responsible for leading a team of Sales Managers to execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer experience through disciplined performance management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers overseeing acquisition and cultivation BDOs
• Execute regional sales strategy aligned to company objectives and revenue targets
• Monitor key performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews and pipeline inspections

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
• Valid property & casualty insurance license
• 3+ years of sales experience, including experience as a BDO
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision making
