Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and oversight of registered dietitians to enhance employee engagement and member outcomes
• Manage the development and performance of a team of full-time dietitians
• Leverage data and insights to drive decisions related to hiring and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience, ideally managing clinicians
• Ability to coach clinicians for member engagement and retention
• Experience with metrics tied to revenue and member outcomes
• Active credentialing as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Experience in a digital health or health tech organization
