Licensed Relationship Manager, Private Risk

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth private risk management clients, the full-time Licensed Relationship Manager, Private Risk will deliver personalized client service, provide technical expertise in personal lines insurance, and proactively manage complex risk exposures in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients, delivering proactive service and conducting annual interactive client reviews
• Review client exposures and provide coverage recommendations while advising on complex risk issues
• Act as a market placement specialist, cultivating relationships with carrier partners and ensuring competitive program positioning

Required qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance with knowledge of HNW carrier contracts and claims processes
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships professionally and responsively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems; experience with Epic preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to sophisticated clients
