Job Summary

Evaluating patient records and processing medication prior authorization requests, the full-time Licensed Remote Prior Authorization Pharmacist will work remotely to ensure compliance with clinical criteria and formulary guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process medication prior authorization requests based on clinical criteria and plan benefits
• Communicate with providers to obtain necessary clinical information and clarify treatment plans
• Document clinical decisions while adhering to quality, productivity, and turnaround-time standards

Required qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacist
