Licensed Remote Therapist - Louisiana

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Licensed Remote Therapist - Louisiana will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload while enjoying the benefits of a fully remote and flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions with defined goals and standard session lengths
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload and make independent treatment decisions within evidence-based standards
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive full operational support for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload with strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making
• Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is a plus
