Job Summary

Independently licensed therapists will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Licensed Remote Therapist - South Dakota, focusing on providing outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations while enjoying predictable compensation and minimal administrative burden.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and standard session lengths
• Provide independent treatment decision-making within a structured outpatient model
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive operational support for scheduling and billing

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with active, unrestricted licenses
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
• Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing an outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment
