Job Summary
Managing the appraisal of residential and construction project properties, the full-time Licensed Residential Appraiser will evaluate fair market values, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with sales and operations teams while working in a primarily office-based environment with optional remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Valuate and appraise properties, investigating fair market values through analysis
- Assess loan risk within the portfolio and provide recommendations to mitigate risk
- Ensure compliance with appraisal regulations and maintain adherence to investor and lender guidelines
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Residential and Construction Appraisal
- Experience in Appraisal Review
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Understanding of various mortgage documents
- Effective written and verbal presentation skills
