Licensed Retirement Consolidation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Consolidation Specialist I (Fully licensed).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide education and advisory services on asset consolidation planning to retirement plan participants and partners
• Conduct best interest interviews to assess participant situations and recommend consolidation strategies
• Facilitate the movement of terminated plan assets and assist with plan enrollment for new participants

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent experience
• Experience as a retirement plan specialist or two years of relevant financial services experience
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 license
• FINRA Series 63 and 65 or 66 (or obtain within six months of hire)
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
