Job Summary

To lead complex document review projects, the remote Licensed Review Manager will manage project strategy, workflow design, and budget adherence while ensuring team performance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Run document review projects end to end, including planning, staffing, training, and delivery
• Set review strategy and efficiency plans, utilizing advanced tools like RelativityOne and AI-driven review
• Validate time entry and utilization, providing daily reports and coaching team members in real time

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and an active U.S. bar license in good standing
• 2+ years of experience managing complex document review projects as a Review Manager
• 5+ years of document review experience as an attorney
• Hands-on expertise with RelativityOne, including advanced searches and analytics
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and outcomes
