Licensed Review Project Manager

Job Summary

To optimize document review processes, the full-time Licensed Review Project Manager will oversee project execution, manage contractor teams, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and execute review plans that align with project requirements and Lighthouse standards
• Establish quality control measures and manage document review teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
• Communicate project status and collaborate with counsel, clients, and internal teams on review workflows and technology applications

Required qualifications

• Active attorney in good standing in any US jurisdiction with three+ years of document review management experience
• Proficiency as an end user in Relativity or a comparable platform
• Experience in leading diverse contractor attorney teams and managing competing priorities
• Knowledge of the litigation discovery process and objectives
• Ability to develop matter-specific review project plans and implement technology efficiency drivers
