Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Clinical Navigator to support doctors and patients in their medical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage communications between patients and doctors, including necessary documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to resolve patient concerns quickly
• Provide clinical feedback on patient inquiries and support physicians in resolving care issues

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with a compact state license or residing in an eligible state
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in telemedicine
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
• Ability to quickly learn new technology systems and communication tools
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to improvement opportunities
