Licensed RN PT or OT Clinical Review Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Review Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and determine medical appropriateness of pre-authorization requests based on medical guidelines
• Coordinate patient transitions from community or acute settings to the next level of care
• Complete pre-service authorizations and participate in the clinical phone queue to meet customer service level agreements

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree (or higher) with equivalent experience for RNs, or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapists or Physical Therapists
• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Active, unrestricted registered clinical license (RN, PT, OT)
• Ability to work any shift between 10:00am - 7:00pm CST, Monday - Friday, and occasional overtime and weekends based on business need
