Licensed RN Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Team Lead - PRN.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform focused nursing assessments and oversee a multidisciplinary treatment team
• Conduct weekly family coaching calls and coordinate care with clients and treatment teams
• Document client interactions and facilitate or co-facilitate group sessions

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license with willingness to obtain additional licenses
• 3+ years of RN experience in an eating disorder or behavioral health setting
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
• Experience treating clients with eating disorders preferred
• Understanding of diverse cultures and ability to incorporate their needs into practice
